All it takes is a little cardboard (and a lot of love) to be a toddler's hero :-)
Micah made a sword in church on Sunday (part of their armor of God series), and of course little brother wanted to play with it, too. So here came Mommy to the rescue! With a little cardboard and a little blue tape, Josiah got his very own sword! And he was very happy :-). I'm not sure if he put it down for the rest of the day, except for naptime and dinner.
After I made the sword for Josiah, Verity wanted make one, too. However, she wanted to "decorate it" so she drew flowers and put stripes on it! (boys will be boys, and girls will be girls ;-).
I Can Make Dinner with One Arm Tied Behind My Back...
... Or in this case with one arm holding a baby! Some nights call for one-handed cooking because little munchkin just doesn't want to take a nap (the little tooth nub coming through his gums may have played a part). Thankful that the other kids were able to help or for the two-handed portion of dinner prep tonight!

Morning Jail Break :-)
This is how I find Noah most mornings: with his sweet, chubby legs sticking out of the crib slats! He doesn't seem to mind it though. I usually find him there giggling as if it's a good joke ;-). Sweet baby :-)

Easter 2015
Can you tell who was the most difficult to photograph this year?
Thankful for these sweet, crazy kids! Thankful for sins paid in full! Thankful for a risen Savior and dear Friend! Happy Easter, everyone!

Professions of Faith!
So tonight after Micah got in trouble for something, Jim and he had a good conversation about what the gospel is and what it means to be a Christian. Micah said that he believed! Then later on, we were talking about it as a family, and Verity said she believed, too! We are so excited about their professions of faith!
We are praying that God will give us the grace and wisdom to guide them as they learn to follow Christ!

Christ's Home Office
Just drove by Christ's Home for Children. The next sign we saw said, "Christ's Home Office," which I thought was pretty funny... especially when I remembered we were driving through Paradise, PA. It makes sense that if Christ had a home office, it would be in Paradise! ;-)
