Zoo Day!

Today I impulsively decided to take the kids to the Greenville Zoo.  It was a hot day, but we stayed as cool as we could.  There were quite a few buses full of school kids there, but thankfully it wasn't too much of a zoo (sorry, couldn't resist the pun ;-).  Josiah was really excited to see the elephants, but I don't have a picture of that.  Here's one of him enjoying the giraffes :-)

And the kiddie playground that is normally mobbed was empty when we got there, so the kids got to play for a bit.  It was just the right size for Josiah, especially when he had some help from big brother, Ethan!

After the zoo, we enjoyed a picnic in the shade...

and an after-lunch treat at Dunkin Donuts! (Can you tell they're siblings? :-)

We had a great day!
