Well, today was a momentous occasion. Ethan has been working through the alphabet in "school," and today we did finally did the letter Z. He was so excited to finish the alphabet! Every day this week he has been saying, "Only three more letters left. We're almost done with the
alphabet." "Only two more letters left. We're almost done with the alphabet!" So cute! Here he is with his special certificate from the workbook. Great job, Ethan!
As a special treat to end the unit, we made alphabet cookies (I made them last night and Ethan decorated them this morning after school was over. Boy, were they difficult to get out of the cookie cutters without damaging the letters!). We had a great time making them and an even better time eating them (Thanks, Jim, for helping me finish them last night).
