Mommy put the kettle on
Forgot she put the kettle on
Went upstairs to take a show'r
Until the kids came in
"Mom, the tea is whistling!"
(Verity's scared- she thought it screamed)
Shower's done and down I run
To turn off the tea
Went back up to don my clothes
(Don't worry, I had a robe ;-)
Went downstairs, the tea was cold
So on it goes again!
