It's so funny how kids notice things you don't really think much about. Recently, Verity pointed to a picture in a children's Bible and said, "He
cold, Mommy." It was a picture out of the illustrated children's Bible of Adam. She assumed he was cold since he wasn't wearing a shirt. Too funny! She also noticed that Jonah had his shoes off, while Jesus was wearing sandals. Can you tell she's my daughter and loves shoes?
The other night, Micah pointed to a picture out of a toddler Bible board book and said, "God loves me!" and "Jesus died on a cross for my sins." It was actually a picture of Jesus feeding the 5,000, but it was neat to see that he's starting to make connections. He can't read yet, but he knows that the Bible tells of God's love for him... so precious!
